 The
$137 million Good Samaritan Medical Center is a 143-bed, 555,000 SF facility
and central utility plant on an 80-acre site in Lafayette, Colorado.
The facility is the first new hospital built by Exempla Healthcare
in 100 years, and has the potential to be expanded to 350
beds. DDC completed 2004.
