 The
St. Julian Hotel is a 162,000sf, 200-room, four-star hotel. The complex
is housed atop a 656-space city-owned underground parking garage
totaling 252,000 sf. The project also includes a children’s museum and
cultural center. The hotel exterior is sandstone and stucco with a
low-pitched roof of clay tiles. The main lobby is designed to access the
terrace and a large restaurant and is accessible from the street.
In
addition, the hotel includes 10,000sf of conference space including a
5,000sf banquet room. Other amenities include an indoor pool and full
fitness center. It is adorned with a pedestrian walk linking the Pearl
Street Mall and the Boulder Creek Path. Project was
completed in 2005.
